IMPORTANT INFO: The form allows you to add 12 event photos. If you need to add additional photos please fill out the form again and where it asks for ACTIVITY NAME please put the Activity Name and Part 2, and in the Activity Summary just say “additional photos”. That way we know the new photos that you submit from the second form, belong to the same activity.
